Murphy's Point Provincial Park

Trail information: 

Trails vary in length and difficulty. Several trails lead to historic sites to explore - such as the McParlan House, Burgess Sawmill, Lally Homestead, and Silver Queen Mine. A small part (6.5 km) of the 300-km Rideau Trail runs through a portion of the park. Located on the Rideau Waterway, the park provides easy access for boater's with a boat launch and docking facilities.

A turn of the century mine, sawmill ruins, pioneer homesteads, sky-blue waters, and sylvan splendour are all to be found in Murphys Point Provincial Park. There are plenty of natural landscapes, trails, and an intriguing human legacies for visitors to explore.
