Frontenac Womens Chorus

January 9, 2017 - 7:00pm to May 27, 2017 - 9:00pm

Are you a woman who loves to sing and is curious about joining a choir? The Frontenac Women's Chorus is welcoming new members for January. No audition is necessary and an ability to read music, while desirable, is not required if you can learn by ear and sing in tune with our enthusiastic and friendly group. Join us to sing an exciting variety of music on Monday nights - we have a spot for you!

A local vet cites 169 reported cases of Lyme disease in pets in L&A County over the last 5 years.

Free Gardening Workshop by Root Radical CSA

April 25, 2017 - 5:00pm to 6:00pm

Come join us to learn some basics about gardening to get you started at home.
Topics covered will be bed preparation, transplanting skills, watering techniques and cultivation of certain plants.
Then we'll focus in on getting plants ready to put in the garden. If you don’t know what “potting up” or “hardening off” means, this workshop is for you!
All ages are welcome at both workshops, though the content will be geared towards adults!
