Stewards of the St. Lawrence 2017 Exhibit

 Through partnerships with local conservation agencies and consultations with the Haudenosaunee and Anishinabe representatives, the ACHM is pleased to present the Stewards of the St. Lawrence 2017 Exhibit in the main hall. This family focused exhibit will highlight the importance of the river to the local and visiting communities and showcase it is a cultural, recreational and economic lifeline. Through this interactive exhibit the ACHM can share information regarding conservation and stewardship and help to leave a legacy for future generations.

The Thousand Islands Playhouse Presents: BOOM

Summer Hours at the Museum of Health Care

The Museum of Health Care brings Canada's health care story to life, as it acquires, conserves, researches, displays, and interprets artefacts that help tell the story of health and health care in Canada.

The Museum of Health Care offers 12 onsite and offsite exhibits, 8 online exhibitions and 28 education programs to a diverse range of ages.

Medicine Walk at Wintergreen Studios

This one-day medicine walk workshop is for those interested in Indigenous spirituality, who wish to learn more about the interconnectedness between people and nature, and who wish to celebrate all that the land can teach and provide. Mary Ann Spencer will lead the day.  Mary Ann is Mohawk, Wolf Clan from Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory, and the Elder-in-Residence for the Four Directions Aboriginal Student Centre at Queen’s University.
