Stewards of the St. Lawrence 2017 Exhibit

 Through partnerships with local conservation agencies and consultations with the Haudenosaunee and Anishinabe representatives, the ACHM is pleased to present the Stewards of the St. Lawrence 2017 Exhibit in the main hall. This family focused exhibit will highlight the importance of the river to the local and visiting communities and showcase it is a cultural, recreational and economic lifeline. Through this interactive exhibit the ACHM can share information regarding conservation and stewardship and help to leave a legacy for future generations.

Summer Hours at the Museum of Health Care

The Museum of Health Care brings Canada's health care story to life, as it acquires, conserves, researches, displays, and interprets artefacts that help tell the story of health and health care in Canada.

The Museum of Health Care offers 12 onsite and offsite exhibits, 8 online exhibitions and 28 education programs to a diverse range of ages.

Music in the Park

Music in the Park is comprised of many different music series throughout downtown Kingston! We invite you to enjoy over 50 concerts with us this summer! The program runs from mid June through to September and features many different genres performed by Kingston’s very talented musicians.

Easy Paint Classes for Adults and Kids

No experience needed and all supplies included for all of our Tuesday afternoon and evening classes. Small class sizes of 4 - 6 people ensure you receive individual attention to complete your artwork.

Adult Afternoon classes run from 1 - 5 pm

Adult Evening classes run from 6 - 9 pm

Children's Classes: 9 - 11 am Wednesdays during the summer.

Summer Concerts at Fulford Place

The Thousand Islands Playhouse Presents: The Comedy Of Errors

Two sets of estranged twins, separated at birth, find themselves in the same city 25 years later with hilarious consequences. This series of mistaken identities, assumed personas, and wild mishaps is performed in a new vaudeville-style adaptation by a cast of only 5 actors (with lightning fast quick changes)!

Exhibition Opening of She Shells and Associations

Modern Fuel is pleased to present Lisa DiQuinzio and Heather Goodchild’s exhibition She Shells from August 26 to September 30th, 2017.

She Shells at Modern Fuel considers how sifting and unearthing is integral to the creative process and how the objects and spaces that surround us impact our state of being through many emotional and cognitive layers.

By employing painting, textile and sculptural work, and an intuitive process of making, DiQuinzio and Goodchild explore the cultural and psychological implications in the consideration of exterior and interior spaces.

2017 Ontario Field Archery Championships

On behalf of the Ontario Association of Archers (OAA) and in partnership with the County of Frontenac, the Kingston Archery Club is proud to host the 2017 Ontario Field Archery Championships.

At first glance, target archery and field archery might look the same. Archers in both disciplines draw a bow, take aim, and shoot arrows at a round target marked with circles. What’s the difference? Target and field archery have different rules, scoring systems and course settings.
