Stewards of the St. Lawrence 2017 Exhibit

 Through partnerships with local conservation agencies and consultations with the Haudenosaunee and Anishinabe representatives, the ACHM is pleased to present the Stewards of the St. Lawrence 2017 Exhibit in the main hall. This family focused exhibit will highlight the importance of the river to the local and visiting communities and showcase it is a cultural, recreational and economic lifeline. Through this interactive exhibit the ACHM can share information regarding conservation and stewardship and help to leave a legacy for future generations.

St. Andrew's Beginning Recorder Class

St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church is offering adult group lessons in beginning recorder on Tuesday mornings at 10 am starting September 5, 2017. Contact the instructor, Dr. Lisa Szeker-Madden at 343-884-8436 Cost is $10 per student per lesson.

Stories of the Camino

Whether you’ve just returned from a Camino, or walked The Way years ago – or if you’re simply curious about what this is all about – join us for a weekend chock-full of great stories, sublime music, and delicious food, and be inspired by this ancient pilgrimage.

SPECIAL EVENT @ 5:00 pm: Join Peter Coffman as he introduces his new release Camino – a book and an homage to an exceedingly long walk, music played en route, and four friends who are now three.

Local Foods Harvest Dinner and Silent Auction

REAL’s annual “dinner with a difference” fundraiser celebrates the food producers of Lanark, Leeds and Grenville. Enjoy a buffet dinner catered by Laurie Brennan of NOAL Pantry, music by The Giocoso Strings quartet and a silent auction. During the cocktail hour, 6:00 – 7:00 p.m., meet some local producers at our appetizer tasting stations, and sample some local beers and Ontario wines at a cash bar.
