One of our most popular – and tastiest - annual events will soon be upon us as the CRCA presents Maple Madness at the Little Cataraqui Creek Conservation Authority over the March Break, Monday, March 12 to Friday, March 16.
Take a tractor-drawn wagon back to the sugar bush to see how maple syrup was made by the early settlers of the region and also how it’s made today. Enjoy delicious pancakes with maple syrup and even purchase some maple syrup or maple sugar to take home.
