Celebrate National Indigenous Peoples Day at Thousand Islands National Park's Landon Bay location. This family-friendly event is a great way to discover more about Canada's Indigenous cultures in the Thousand Islands, a traditional territory of the Haudenosaunee and Anishinaabe people.
Enjoy cultural presentations, storytelling, airbrush tattoos, crafts, exhibits and a traditional, interactive “social” dance from 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Cost: Parking fee is $6.80 per vehicle. This fee includes all event activities as well as access to hiking trails at Landon Bay, Jones Creek and Mallorytown Landing
UPDATE: Voyageur Canoe tours have been cancelled for this event due to high water conditions. Please join us on Canada Day (Monday July 1st) and Parks Day (Saturday July 20th) for our Voyageur Canoe tours at Mallorytown Landing.
