The underwater sculptures were created by local artists Dave Sheridan, Stephen Hatch and students from the Thousand Islands Secondary School (TISS) and Brockville Collegiate Institute (BCI). They are a memorial to people who have lost their lives in the river. SOS has installed these to provide a diving attraction as well as to relieve diving traffic on local wrecks. This is an easy dive and a popular checkout site for new divers. Carp, bass and pike live among the amazing life-size sculptures and training platforms.
