Vita Parcours is a European fitness concept that is making its way to North America. There are 14 exercise stations found periodically across the 4 Km of trails along Cranberry Lake. This fitness trail gives "vita parcours" participants the opportunity to stay fit any level, free of charge, at anytime! Each station features different exercises, aimed at musclar training, flexibility and endurance. The trails are marked with triangular arrows along the paths and poster size fitness activities. Washrooms/change rooms and picnic areas are located at Centennial Park.

Seeley's Bay is a small village approximately 40km northeast of Kingston. The "Bay" was created around 1832 with the flooding of the Cranberry Marsh during the building of Rideau Canal. Travellers continue to visit Seeley's Bay, and enjoy the town's charm and facilities. Seeley's Bay is among the first in the Biosphere area to have a "Vita Parcour Trail".
