Big Gull Lake offers 30 campsites along the shores of the lake, which is owned by the North Frontenac Township. This 12 mile long lake offers an excellent experience for visitors to explore the secluded beauty of the rugged Frontenac area. Bird watchers will be rewarded by its renowned nesting area for Hawks and Ospreys. There are sparsely populated seasonal cottages on the east and west bays of the lake. The lake can be accessed at the east, west, and south shore of the lake.
The Big Gull Lake is part of the Big Gull Loop – a challenging canoe route that links Big Gull Lake with Kashwakamak Lake and Crotch Lake.
