Summer Camps

FAB Nature Camps

Group of kids in a park huddled together facing a pond

The first FAB Nature Camp was founded back in 2003 at Landons Bay in Lansdowne, Ontario. Today, Landons Bay Nature Camp has become a staple in the community and has paved the way for the opening of three more FABulous sites throughout the Frontenac Arch Biosphere. FAB Nature Camp has become a place where friends meet, memories are made, and where children and youth can reconnect with Nature.

At FAB Nature Camps we enjoy the “small camp” vibe and offer a staff to camper ratio of 1:10. With smaller group sizes, we aim to create a supportive environment where campers create their own paths of learning. Follow your curiosities into the woods, wetlands, waterways, and skies of the Frontenac Arch Biosphere because you never know what you will discover!

Summer Camp offers children and youth a chance to jump out of their comfort zone and into a grand adventure, in a supportive environment and with the guidance of outdoor professionals. Our staff are top-notch but Mother Nature is the real guide on our adventures at camp – inspiring games, crafts, and the imagination. Enjoy water-based activities at all 4 sites and swimming opportunities at Mac Johnson, Sand Lake, and Kendrick’s Park this Summer. What would Summer be without water-play, so be sure to pack a bathing suit and towel for when we bring the adventure into the water – swim time will be supervised by NLS certified Lifeguards. What else can you do at camp? Whatever your imagination can dream of…
