February 27th: Food historian and writer, Sarah Hood, from Toronto, presents “What We Ate: A Cook’s Tour of Canadian Food History” on February 27th. Sarah will offer a brief sketch of the ingredients, food businesses and cooking technology that have influenced the meals on Canadian tables from the late 1600s until recent times.
